FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I receive a certificate or qualification at the end of the training/mentoring programme?
No, Michael Knights Property and Wealth Coaching is not a Registered Training Organisation, therefore we are unable to issue a formal qualification. You will, however receive education and mentoring accumulated from over 44 years experience in property acquisition and development. You will receive technical training from specialist in the areas of property tax, property law and town planning. You will also receive the opportunity to work alongside multi millionaires who have learned the knowledge and continue to apply the knowledge in their day to day property development activities. We believe that although learning a formal qualification through study is good, education from hands on experience is even better. Learning from successful investors and developers will place you in a real position of power to control your financial outcomes.
Can I include my Children in the programme?
Yes, at Michael Knights Property and Wealth Coaching, we encourage education at an early age. At the end of the day, we never received any financial education from school - or from home. We are extremely passionate about educating the younger generation before they develop poor financial habits. Therefore, included in your membership fee is the opportunity to include your direct children. (Resources will need to be shared between the family). As far as the other members of the family - unfortunately we restrict the membership to your direct family. Uncles and Aunties need to subscribe under their own membership.
If I have a property opportunity - do I have to share it with the group?
No, we only encourage opportunities to be introduced to the group in the event that you do not have the capacity to act on it. In the event that it is the right opportunity at the right time for you, your membership entitles you to receive individual advice to capitalise on the project. In this case the deal is entirely yours. On some occasions where the deal requires additional investors, we may recommend a member of the group or in fact take a stake holding ourselves. We still encourage you to attend the quarterly opportunity meetings regardless of whether you have a deal to present to the group; we believe these meetings will provide the best platform to gain access to “off market” opportunities.
What happens if I can’t make the technical sessions or the opportunity meetings?
We video tape each technical session and can provide a DVD or Webinar for your benefit. We still encourage attendance as these meetings provide more opportunities to meet with likeminded investors and deals are often struck during the informal stages of the meetings. In the case of missing an opportunity meeting, we would recommend that make up the time at the next opportunity meeting. The reality is however, without making an effort to attend these events, it is highly likely that you will miss the real essence of mentoring - and that is, if you mix with successful people you will develop successful habits - and you will have no other option than to be successful.
What happens if my circumstances change dramatically for the worse?
While it is impossible to pre-empt unfortunate circumstances, we must be prepared for it. In this event, if the contingency plans that we help you put in place do not resolve the problem, we would recommend you put your membership on hold until the situation resolves, or alternatively, if the event is catastrophic, we will gladly refund (on a pro-rata basis) any part of the membership fee that has not been used.
